If you play commercial music, yes. Music licensing is the broadcaster's responsibility, not the host's, and the rules depend on where you and your listeners are based. In the United States that usually means a performance license from ASCAP, BMI and SESAC for the songwriting, plus SoundExchange for the sound recordings. Other countries have their own collecting societies.
